These Terms of Use apply to KindCue and related services provided by CueHarbor Health, LLC.

1. Personal organization tool

KindCue is intended to help users record, organize, and review personal health-related notes and daily experiences. It is not a medical device and does not provide a diagnosis, treatment plan, emergency service, or substitute for professional medical advice.

2. Emergency situations

Do not use KindCue to request emergency assistance. If you believe you are experiencing a medical emergency, contact the appropriate emergency service in your location.

3. Your information

You are responsible for deciding what information to enter, retain, export, or share. You should review exported information before giving it to another person or service.

4. Acceptable use

You may use KindCue for lawful personal and family purposes. You may not misuse the app to harm others, interfere with the service, bypass security controls, or violate applicable law.

5. App changes

KindCue is actively being developed. Features may be added, changed, or removed as we improve reliability, safety, privacy, accessibility, and usability.

6. Availability

We work to keep KindCue reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every feature will work on every device or operating-system version.

7. Intellectual property

KindCue, CueHarbor Health branding, original app content, and original design elements are owned by CueHarbor Health, LLC or used under applicable permission or license. These terms do not transfer ownership rights to users.

8. Privacy

Our handling of information is described in the KindCue Privacy Policy.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as KindCue evolves. The effective date at the top of this page will show when the terms were last updated.
